What do Dr Clear Aligners do?

Our invisible aligner treatment includes several sets of tight-fitting, custom-made, BPA-free clear plastic trays that gradually shift teeth into their desired position, giving you straighter teeth in an average of 6-9 months!

How do Dr Clear Aligners straighten teeth?

You will receive your clear aligners as a set of multiple aligners.

Each Aligner will makes slight adjustments to your teeth positioning. This is a process that is reviewed and approved by an orthodontist before you undergo treatment. As you advance along from Aligner to Aligner as prescribed, you will be seeing the results as your teeth positioning shifts toward your ideal smile!

What are Dr Clear Aligners made of?

Our aligners are made of a smooth, comfortable, BPA-free plastic that won’t irritate your cheeks and gums like traditional metal braces often do.

How do I know if I am a candidate for Dr Clear Aligners?

Every Clear Aligner order begins with a Smile Assessment. Once you have done your Smile Assessment, we will be able to determine if you are a candidate for treatment.

How long do I need to wait after having my wisdom teeth removed before I can start with Dr Clear Aligners?

As recovery time varies among individuals, do check with your oral surgeon on when it is safe for you to undergo clear aligner treatment.

What if I still have my wisdom teeth?

You can can purchase our impression kit and our orthodontist team will review and approve your smile plan. If it is determined that Dr Clear Aligner treatment isn’t right for you, we will refund the cost of your impression kit.

Can I use Dr Clear Aligners if I have missing teeth?

Each individual’s smile is assess by our orthodontists on a case by case basis. We will review your smile and assess your eligibility for clear aligner treatment. If they determine you are not eligible for treatment, the cost of your impression kit is fully refundable.

How long is a typical treatment process?

You get your new smile in an average of 6-9 months!

Why don’t my aligners cover my molars?

Because we custom-make your aligners to fit your mouth, our goal is to make your aligners the appropriate size to realign your smile while being as unobtrusive as possible. Your aligners should cover at least one third of each molar.

How often should I wear my aligners?

Wear your aligners every day, as directed by your treatment plan. Take them out only for eating and drinking.

Will my teeth hurt during treatment?

Using the Impression Kit does not!

Individuals wearing clear aligners for the first time may experience some tightness initially. This is perfectly normal. It means your aligners are working; moving your teeth into a straighter position! The soreness will ease off in a few days.

Are there any visits to a dental office during treatment?

There is no need to! We monitor and review your progress remotely.

What happens if I lose an aligner?

We can arrange a replacement right away. The cost for replacements is only $50. Your replacement aligner will generally ship within 3–5 weeks of placing the order.

During that time, you will need to wear the previous aligner to ensure that your teeth do not shift back to their original position.

Otherwise, you may progress forward one stage earlier.

What happens after my clear aligner treatment is complete?

Protect your new Smile! We strongly recommend you safeguard your new smile with our custom-fit retainers.

Without retainers, teeth have a tendency to shift back to their original positions. Keep them from moving back with our custom-fit retainers at just $238.

How do I preserve my new smile after treatment?

Wear your retainers 22 hours a day (except for eating and drinking) for the first two weeks. After that, you should wear your retainers only while you sleep. We recommend replacing your retainers every six months to keep them fresh.
